The Saicozero Multizone is an all-in-one working area in which you can prep, paint and cure the vehicle or object without having to move it between operations. It is designed from top to bottom to provide the highest level of comfort for the operator and substantially reduce the operating costs and emissions into the atmosphere.
Thanks to our sophisticated design, the Multizone also allows for complete control of the temperature and humidity of the booth and for an integrated circular heating system that further reduces the operating costs.

All-rounded Concept
The Multizone is designed to solve many of the problems present in traditional spray booths, including high operating costs, intrusive structures and working in uncomfortable climate conditions. The Multizone addresses all of these problems with its Regenerative Filtration System, Compact Design, Climate Control and Circular Heating.
Regenerative Filtration
A sophisticated four-stage filtration system that reduces the emissions and operating costs of the booth in all work phases.
Compact Design
A 70 – 100 cm wide integrated regenerator that can be positioned directly against the wall with maintenance from inside the booth.
Climate Control
True climate control means being able to lower the temperature and control the humidity levels inside the booth year-round.
Circular Heating
No burners or electric heating systems are required to maintain the booth at around 20°C during the cold winter months.
Comfort Design
Designed to optimise the comfort of the operator and therefore boost the productivity of the body shop.
Diffused illumination
Half-moon shaped diffusers eliminate “dead zones” and allow for uniform airflow throughout the whole booth. They also allow for the lights to be placed directly above the painted objects.
Flat Comfort Floor
Completely flat and smooth surface to optimise the comfort of the operator and ease the movement of equipment carts. The floor requires no excavations and can be placed directly on top of the body shop’s floor.
With Curtains
A self-suspended structure that requires no floor mounted supports or ceiling hangers. This allows for the zone to integrate perfectly with the body shop and for the operator to move more freely: no need for ceiling hangers or other intrusive structural columns!
A remote control is used to easily roll up and down the curtains. The curtains have a large transparent section that significantly improves the illumination inside the booth.
With Walls
The Multizone with walls is equipped with our 4-wing door with large windows that will give a touch of Saicozero class and efficiency to your body shop.
It comes with the option of lights integrated in the side panels to further improve the illumination inside the spray booth.

No, thanks to it’s flat and smooth service, it is actually easier to clean with our bioproduct Natural Shine. All you have to do is spray the Natural Shine product, wait for it to soak in then easily peel off all of the paint and varnish.
Yes, we provide top-quality traditional spray booths as well. However, we hold all of our products to a certain technological standard, so even our more traditional models should not be compared to those of other companies.
