For decades the spray booth industry has remained stagnant with a drastic need for innovation, with traditional spray booths taking up much of body shops’ space and having exceptionally high operating costs.
This is why Saicozero founder Pierangelo Ghilardi invented a revolutionary system that responds to the rising performance, comfort and environmental needs of the market, completely changing the approach to the organisation of the body shop and in strict compliance with the regulations of each country around the world.
We offer the most advanced traditional spray booths available on the market, which distinguish themselves thanks to their superior performances, comfort and efficiency.
But we also offer a single processing area, the SAICOZERO MULTIZONE, in which it is possible to prep, paint and cure the painted objects without having to move them between operations, maximising the comfort of the operator. The revolutionary 1-meter integrated generator ensures that you take full advantage of your available space and that the structure of the spray booth is non-intrusive, adapting perfectly to the working environment of the body shop. The regenerative filtration allows for the almost total recovery of the enthalpy content of the air, reducing the operating costs of the booth and emissions of pollutants into the environment to almost zero.

Yes, the CE certificate and manual is given with each of our products, and the Regenerative Filtration System is in strict compliance with the regulations of each country around the world.
No, thanks to it’s flat and smooth service, it is actually easier to clean with our bioproduct Natural Shine. All you have to do is spray the Natural Shine product, wait for it to soak in then easily peel off all of the paint and varnish.
Yes, we provide top-quality traditional spray booths as well. However, we hold all of our products to a certain technological standard, so even our more traditional models should not be compared to those of other companies.
